Embracing the Art of Ikebana

Aoyama Flower Mart offers Ikebana flower arranging classes and workshops. Catherine Cole established Aoyama Flower Mart in 2014 to provide a chance for students to attend classes on the traditional Japanese art of Ikebana, inspired by the Sogetsu School Tokyo, Japan. The goal of Aoyama Flower Mart is to offer this rich and rewarding experience and to expand the world of Ikebana.
At the Flower Mart, Catherine provides a fun, unique environment that allows potential artists a chance to expand their art beyond classic arrangements.
Ikebana containers, kenzans, vases, scissors, and other related supplies are imported directly from Japan.
The Flower Mart encourages all forms of flower arranging, and offers workshops with Guest Instructors from many different areas of interest.
